This is a critical leadership role responsible for establishing a clear, accountable clinical Evidence Generation Strategy (EGS). You will bridge the gap between clinical evidence strategy and operational execution, "wearing more than one hat"; to drive company growth through strengthened evidence, enabled product claims, and expanded indications. The Product Development Project Manager is responsible for leadership (technical and methodological) to the product development team for all aspects of a development project in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role guides and leads the new product development cross functional teams through all the required project deliverables for new product development projects and installed base change projects. In addition, the role influences the company's business strategic directions and financial results through sharing technical expertise.

The Labeling Engineer will first be responsible for driving end to end execution of labeling development that involves product development, regulatory, compliance, and supply chain strategies for both new and commercialized products. They will do so as part of the Research and Development team and participate in other design and project activities as needed.

This position is responsible for design, development, and verification of software used in ablation treatment and works cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to improve patient outcomes.

The Senior Electrical Engineer plays a key role in supporting NeuWave Medical’s mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medical device technologies. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and verification of electrical systems for current, and future, devices and works cross-functionally with software developers and manufacturing to drive ablation treatment outcomes for our patients.

The Senior Verification Engineer plays a key role in supporting NeuWave Medical’s mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medical device technologies. This position is responsible for supporting testing and product needs for both new and commercialized products. They will do so as part of the Research and Development team and participate in other design and project activities as needed.

The Staff Manufacturing Engineer will provide process engineering and controls support to develop, transfer, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for medical device manufacturing in an ISO 13485 compliant setting. Ensure projects meet all required quality, cost, capacity and regulatory requirements while adhering to company policy and best industry practices.
